All employees are welcome to bring guests to attend the event with them. Please note that you must also complete registration details for your additional guests via the registration portal to confirm their place.

CANCELLATION & OVERSUBSCRIPTION
In the event that you can no longer attend, please contact the events team as soon as possible so that your space can be offered to someone else.

If maximum numbers are reached, the registration portal will be closed. Anyone interested in attending the event after registration closes should contact the events team to be added to the waiting list.
